Tom Nilsson
Tom Nilsson has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information systems along with other certificates. He's been working in the professional IT industry for over 10 years and provides high-quality IT customer service. He is also a loving father of two little daughters, Mary and Jane.
Austin Robertson
Austin has a degree in computer sciences and more than 10 years of IT experience working with small and large businesses. He joined Fix It Lab team in 2001 as a Service Desk Manager. Austin is responsible for providing white-glove support to executives.
Jason Owen
Jason has more than 13 years of experience working as a consultant in IT service companies. At Fit It Lab, he is an operations manager responsible for daily company operations. He is also in charge of all projects no matter their complexity.
